测试 MINS 安瓶精华是否适合您的肌肤的方法：
若您第一次使用我们的MINS 安瓶精华，或担心MINS 安瓶精华对您的脸会照成不适反应，您可先滴在耳后，等待15分钟，确认有无过敏泛红反应。若有，并敏感问题持续数小时，这可默认为您不适合使用本产品，可向我申请退款。
- 若您想申请退款，请提供相应的过敏照片/影片作为证据，有助加速退款过程。退款将根据您未使用安瓶数量计算并退款，我们会根据您购买的配套去计算退款数额，而非单品价格，即RM168。请查看一下例子：
A顾客购买RM599配套，安瓶选择个别，1盒夜用，1盒日用。若A顾客测试后发现，本身对MINS 夜用有过敏问题，申请退款。
计算方法:
RM599 - RM299 (无泡洁面凝胶 + 收缩水棉片 套装) = RM300
RM300 / 2 = RM 150 (MINS 夜用安瓶精华 -价格)
由于A顾客已使用1支安瓶，我们将退款剩余27支安瓶数额给A 顾客。
RM 150/ 28 = RM5.35 (每支)
RM 150-RM5.36 = RM144.64 (退款数额)
因此，我将在收到产品之后，确认收到完整无损27支安瓶后，退款RM145至您的户口。

Please read the refund & return policy patiently to help you speed up the process for me to address your refund or return.
Product checking upon receipt:
Please check the product whether it has damage immediately upon receiving the product (Assumption: the product may be damaged due to rude abandonment of the package by the delivery person during the shipping process). If the product is found to be damaged, please immediately provide photos via WhatsApp (+60 173289711) as valid evidence so that I can help you process the return or reissue the product to you.
If you inspect the product and confirm that it is in good condition, it is recommended that you keep the bubble wrap to help you in the future if you intend to do a refund action. For MINS Ampoule only, refunds are available.
To test whether MINS Ampoule is suitable for your skin:
If this is your first time using our MINS Ampoule, or if you are concerned that MINS Ampoule Essence may cause an uncomfortable reaction on your face, you can first apply a few drops behind your ear and wait 15 minutes to see if there is any allergic. If there is, and the sensitivity persists for several hours, this means that you are not suitable to use this product and you can request a refund from me.
If you wish to request a refund, please provide related photos/films of your allergy as evidence to help expedite the refund process. Refunds will be calculated and based on the number of unused bottles, we will calculate the refund amount based on the bundle you purchased, not the ala-carte product price, i.e. RM168. Please see the following example:
Customer A purchases an RM599 bundle and chooses 1 box of night MINS and 1 box of day MINS. If customer A finds out that he/she is allergic to night MINS after testing, he/she has the right to apply for a refund.
Calculation method:
RM599 - RM299 (daily cleansing gel + daily toner pad) = RM300
RM300 / 2 = RM 150 (MINS Night)
As Customer A has already used 1-night MINS Ampoule, we will refund the remaining 27 Ampoules to Customer A.
RM 150/ 28 = RM5.35 (each)
RM 150 - RM5.36 = RM144.64 (Refund amount)
Therefore, I will refund RM145 to your bank account after I have received the product and confirmed the receipt of the 27 bottles intact.
* For your information, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer, the seller is not contracted to pay the return shipping cost. If you purchased the RM 888 package, the free Ampoule will not be used to calculate the refund amount.
